Here’s another floor circuit that is composed of a dumbbell assisted exercise and lots of core . Combine this circuit with the floor circuit I posted a few days ago, and you already have a days worth of training!

I have been dabbling with weights the last 15 years and seriously studied strength training the last 10. My history in being formally trained in an academic setting started at the University of the Philippines taking up Masteral Units in Human Movement Science. This has been followed since by acquiring certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Can-Fit-Pro and the Poliquin International Certification Program. I am currently based in Toronto, Canada working as a Personal Trainer dealing with a variety of individuals ranging from weight loss clients to athletes.

bro, can i assume that doing both circuit training you posted is a good full body workout already? can this be a home workout?
Yup. Try it. That’s why I videotaped it to show that its doable and realistic. But for someone like you Hans, I think I should come up with a more difficult one.:)
Do all the sets first for the 1st circuit then move on to the 2nd circuit. Just make sure you have at least a 5 min. break before continuing to the 2nd circuit.

Bro, how do i combine the two? do i do all the sets of circuit 1 first before going to 2? or do the exercises of both 1 and 2 constitute one set?
