WHAT IS FIT KIDS?
- This program aims to encourage children and develop physical fitness through strength training, play and various physical activities.
- Our goal is to provide an enjoyable experience for the youth by providing them with the knowledge to apply and appreciate physical fitness in their lives.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

All children, male and female, aged 4-12 years old can participate.

kids aged 4-8, and 9-12 will be grouped separately. Each class will only hold a maximum of 10 students.
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE THERE?
- There will be (1) session per week (Total of 10 weeks) for each age group. Each session will last for 40-60 minutes.
What should we prepare for class?
- Participants should wear sports attire (Comfortable clothing). Rubber shoes are optional.
- Laptop/ Ipad/ Tablet/ TV Projection with stable internet.

Should i supervise my kid? What is expected from parents?
- Although the activities will be kid-friendly, we recommend that at least one (1) person/parent will be available to supervise the child to ensure utmost safety. We also recommend the parent/s or guardian to join in the fun and do the activities with the child.
How can WE access the class?
- The class will be held through a Google Meet link. Participants will be sent an email to join the class
What level of ability
should my child have
to join?
- Fit Kids caters to beginners. We want to encourage children of all ages to be more physically active and develop a healthy lifestyle.
What is the course curriculum?
- To develop a well rounded physical foundation to be able to move functionally.
- Recognizes the different forms of strength training and the methodologies behind them.
- Create an appreciation for having a more active lifestyle.
- Understand and apply the concept and terms of movement patterns through play.
- Engage young people through exciting and creative means of practicing movement.
- Develop a simple training program using the basic concepts of overload, specificity, and motor skill learning.
- Experiences fun and is motivated towards performing physical activities with others.
How much does it cost? what are the payment options?
- P2,500 for 10 sessions. We accept payment through online banking (BDO, BPI), GCash, and paypal.
Will my child be personally coached with proper techniques?
- Fit kids is a group class. They will learn basic and proper techniques from our coaches while doing different activities.
- For more personalized training, geared towards specific goals, you can book our personal coaching service.
When can we join?
- Enrollment is on-going until October 30. We accept late enrollments but regular price will still apply.
What is my child misses a class?
- Don't worry, all our classes will be recorded by SEGOVIA STRENGTH. Your son/daughter can still follow and perform the activities in his/her own free time.
- We will provide the link upon request.
Will there be additional class schedules?
- As of right now, our class schedule is only on Saturdays. 8am-9am for class 4-8 y/o, and 9am-10am for class 9-12 y/o.
- If slots are filled up quickly prior to the start of the program, we shall open a new class schedule.
