Mobility Daily is a recovery-centered fitness routine that incorporates joint mobility work, dynamic/slow stretching and functional movement training. This is the class to join if you’re in “active rest” mode in your training plan, or simply want to improve joint health.

Dynamic Flow is a bodyweight focused strength class that incorporates Animal Flow™ movements and calisthenics. If you want to be a minimalist in fitness, this is for you. All you need is your own bodyweight, a little bit of space and your positive energy.

ROCKET STRENGTH

Specialized strength and conditioning program that aims to take the individual from zero to hero in 5 months. Unlike your standard bootcamp class, it aims to provide the proper neural adaptation that will equip the participant to handle intense endurance work and lift maximal loads intermittently
