    Personal Training

    Our attention to detail makes our personal training the best in the market. We gather data upon our prospects intent to train, put them through a standardised movement screen and plot our a training plan with specific timelines. We document our training sessions every single time and share it to our clients for complete transparency.

    Athletic Performance

    Athletes have unique needs and requirements. In a perfect world, they need to be injury free and perform at 101% all the time. However, the reality of the situation is they’re always hurt and riddled with injuries. That is why we ensure that the programs we curate keep them resilient and allow them to perform to the best of their abilities come game day. We apply workload monitoring procedures that take into consideration the amount of hours they spend on the court or field and approximate the wear and tear it can have on their bodies. We then adjust the training load to provide just the right amount of stimulus to optimum performance.

    Post Rehab

    Just as rehabilitation is of utmost importance, applying the right amount of load to bridge clients back into their baseline levels should be prioritised. We place special attention to tendon strength, ligament resilience and muscle activation for clients who come to us for post-rehab work. As much as the sets and reps may look or sound familiar, it’s the sequence of exercises, choice of load, among others that make our post-rehab program better than others.

    Movement Coaching

    Moving without pain is the ultimate pre-requisite to living well. At Segovia Strength, we evaluate balance, coordination, mobility and flexibility. We coach movement because everyone’s different. We have different limb lengths, strength levels and joint restrictions. We prioritise our movement baseline because it allows us to push the limits of our clients and bring out the best in them.

Train with Us

  • We have the best one-on-one personal training and partner training in the country. Each and every client gets a detailed periodized training plan that is monitored, scaled and evaluated regularly to ensure its effectiveness and safety.

  • Group fitness is not just fun, but effective as well. We do small group training for fat loss, performance and recovery.

  • Our virtual training sessions are conducted online via Google Meet or Zoom. This is a viable option for clients who are based outside of the Philippines or those who frequently travel for work.

  • Our managed programming service is a customizable training plan that is renewable on a quarterly basis. This includes access to our coaching platform called Train Heroic, which provides a detailed breakdown of your training plan. It can be accessed anywhere in the world, 24/7, and includes bi-weekly coaching calls with your assigned coach.

Our formula for cultivating world-class trainers involves education, experience, and professionalism. We have implemented a tiered system to ensure our trainers spend time in the trenches, learning the fundamentals, and building on their floor experience every single day. Only after they've accumulated the required 1:1 hours and earned an industry-respected certification do they qualify for the next coaching tier.


ROOKIE COACH

Our rookie coaches are usually new in the industry with a strong passion to uplift the profession. They are young, hungry and eager to learn which makes them the right fit for anyone wanting to begin their fitness journey. Under their belt, they usually have a sports science degree and continuous mentoring under the company’s seasoned coaches.

LEAD COACH

Lead coaches usually start out as Rookies under the company’s tiered system. Lead Coaches have more floor experience and are already proficient at handling clients with different movement issues. At this level, they’ve already completed an industry recognized national certification, and has better eye for movement.

  • 960 to 1,900 hours of training clients 1:1 or athletes

  • Mentorship under Segovia Strength’s curriculum

  • Bachelor of Science degree in related disciplines or Sports Science

  • 1 certification from a reputable training organization such as ACE, NASM, NSCA or ACSM.

HEAD COACH

Head coaches are industry veterans and true students of fitness. They’re very adept in identifying patterns of dysfunctional movement, strategic in solving movement issues, and confident in building sustainable fitness programs. Our head coaches usually have 2 industry recognized certifications approved by the NCCA ( National Commission for Certifying Agencies ) and at least 5 years of training experience.

  • 1,900 to 3,000 hours of training clients 1:1 or athletes

  • Mentorship under Segovia Strength’s curriculum

  • Bachelor of Science degree in related disciplines or Sports Science

  • 2 certifications from a reputable training organization such as ACE, NASM, NSCA or ACSM.

MASTER COACH

( Coming July 2024 )

As the title states, these coaches have mastery of sports science. These coaches have the complete skillset of identifying proper movement mechanics, programming for high-level athletes, and reliable for test and measurement. They have acquired and maintained 3 industry recognized certifications approved by the NCCA, and continues to update their craft through continuing education courses. If you are looking for TRUE, ELITE COACHING, this is the program for you.

  • 3,001 to 8,000 hours of training clients 1:1 or athletes

  • Tenure and mentorship under Segovia Strength’s curriculum

  • Bachelor of Science degree in related disciplines or Sports Science

  • 3 certifications from a reputable training organization such as ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM , REPS UK, Canfit or ASCA.
